Pros and cons of Freshwater Aquarium Fish app for iPhone and iPad

Freshwater Aquarium Fish app good for

Too many betta fish. There has to be at least 40 if not more. And ther needs to be more sharks
Great one stop resource for info on my tank and potential occupants. Would like to see betas grouped and non-fish entries like frogs, crabs etc
Needs an update with Chiclids and also a filter by common, not scientific name.
Only wish is that it had more sort features. Would be nice to be enter my tank size and type and have it sort out fish that wont work for that type. Also if I could sort it for fish that get along well together for a tank my size.

Some bad moments

If you are looking for cichlid information, specifically new world cichlids, dont waste your money on this app. I was hopeful when I paid my $5.99 to install this app, then I tried to add my fish to "my tank." Oscar? Nope. Firemouth? Nope. Convict? Nope. Jack Dempsey? Nada. Uaru? Forget about it. My silver dollars were listed though, but at this point it doesnt matter. One star for the effort, the second star for the ability to add fish to your favorites and to create a list of fish in your tank. I guess Ill consider my six bucks a good faith investment that this app may be updated to include more fish in the future, and hopefully those that represent the cichlid community.
the poor reviews I still payed the 4.99 for this app. I didnt want to believe the the most common of fish were missing. They are!!! Angel Fish among others. Photos are duplicated, description of fish are duplicated!! It could be very good with a little more effort. A visit to their web site indicates they are trying to do too much at once and this app suffers from it. 4.99 wont break the bank, but its a lot compared to other apps that work much better and have complete info to go along with them. It needs a BIG update for this app to be worth the price or even usable to complete your tanks info.
This is not worth the money. Too many common fish are missing, like danios!
It crashes frequently. Doesnt work. Dont know about content because I cant get that far without crashing.
